Cleanroom walls from our own production

The GMP 50 / GMP 100 wall system is a cleanroom wall in a sandwich construction, in which the filling is selected depending on the application. Available in widths of 50 mm or 100 mm. It is a proven wall system for GMP areas. The individual wall panels can be manufactured to fit exactly for each application and can be replaced individually at a later date. The material is selected according to the requirements; we offer the GMP wall in galvanised steel, stainless steel (V2A and V4A) or aluminium.

The full glass wall creates a bright and pleasant working environment and offers maximum design flexibility when combined with other clean-tek cleanroom walls. Glass walls promote transparency and allow insights into production. They prevent the isolation of employees in small, closed rooms and increase safety and order, as workplaces can be better overseen. The clean-tek all-glass wall meets the high requirements of the EC GMP guidelines and DIN EN ISO 14644. It consists of an aluminium profile as a frame for the toughened safety glass, which can be manufactured in any required dimension. The all-glass wall can easily be combined with all other clean-tek wall systems.

The Bi-Wall partition system in shell construction is used as a partition wall with a high flush-mounted installation density. The Bi-Wall cleanroom wall is manufactured in shell construction and meets the high requirements of the EC GMP guideline and DIN EN ISO 14644. There is a cavity between the two wall shells that allows for the concealed installation of cables and media lines. The individual wall panels can be custom-made for each application and replaced individually at a later date. The choice of material depends crucially on your production requirements. We offer the wall system in galvanised sheet steel, stainless steel (V2A) or aluminium.
