The filter and air purification modules are a key factor for success in the construction of cleanrooms and protective zones within a cleanroom facility. clean-tek has invested years of extensive development work in its own Filter Fan Units (FFUs). These ensure a high quality of supply air and reduce the particle concentration in cleanrooms and in individual protective zones.

The air is optionally tempered by a cooler in the upper intake area and can be pre-cleaned by a pre-filter. The intake air is then cleaned by means of a special HEPA filter before it is introduced into the clean room as a low-turbulence displacement flow.
